| Fastlink, the first cellular services company in Jordan launched in 1995, holds 85% of Jordan’s cellular services market with a subscriber base of over 600,000
and 700 employees. Fastlink’s HR department uses state-of the-art HR management practices and has sought to implement Oracle HRMS to support its quality of delivery operations. |

Oratech partnered
with Fastlink to implement their state of the art Human Resources Management System HRMS approach into Oracle Applications,
where Fastlink chose Oratech
due to its success in similar projects in Egypt and other Middle East countries. The project included the implementation
of Oracle Human Resources, Training Administration, Payroll (interfaced to external system), and Human Resource Intelligence.
An interface to an attendance system was
also implemented. In addition, to an
automatic e-mail alert system that provides
management with notifications when important
events occur. |
