The Egyptian Cement Company is majority owned by Orascom Industries and Swiss cement maker HOLDERBANK, the largest cement manufacturer in the world. ECC engaged Oratech to implement an integrated solution that streamlined operations between its major three business areas: Production line maintenance, Sales of Finance, and Logistics back-office.
Solution
The final solution that Oratech offered works in harmony and comprises Oracle Applications, EMPAC, and bespoke Sales System integrated with Oracle. Oratech provided consulting services to design, automate and integrate ECC’s business cycles. These services include the automation of ECC’s finance and procurement processes using Oracle ERP.
